Dr. Robert Mitchell, B.S., M.T.S., M.Div., D. Christian Counseling & Education - Professor of Theology and Christian Counseling Education
Dr. Robert Mitchell is the President of Shepherds House School of Theology. Founder, and Senior Pastor of By His Grace Ministries established in 2005, Fredericksburg, Va. He currently serves as a preacher, teacher and counselor in Fredericksburg, VA, and surrounding community.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Wilberforce
University, Xenia Ohio. He holds both his master's and Doctorate Degree of Christian Education from Practical Christianity Institute of Evangelism, under the teaching of Dr. Brenda Wright.
Dr. Mitchell married his wife Fran in 1982 and they have 4 adult
children. In addition to his family, teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities, he enjoys giving lectures and workshops for ministries and community outreach programs. He is an avid sports fan, in his spare time; he follows the Baltimore Ravens, LA Lakers, and Ohio State.

Dr. Fran Y. Mitchell

Dr. Fran Mitchell is the Shepherd House School of Theology Director of Operations and Office of the Registrar. Duties include providing leadership and oversight to all aspects of the Office of the Registrar. This position plays a critical role in the University and academic operations by effectively providing oversight and management for the maintenance and integrity of all student academic records, all areas of student registration and the recording and reporting of grades, transcript evaluations and various other information. As the Registrar primary job responsibilities is to proactively work with other school officials in determining the academic calendar and to ensure students have received proper communication related to school activities.
Dr. Fran Mitchell also works with state and local education boards to set the agenda and curriculum for required student exams. The Registration Department provides information, bill payment and is responsible to answer prospective student's questions. Additionally, she assist in the distribution of testing materials and coordination of school registration. Maintains a current data base with student’s emergency contact information
